WHOLESALE ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are expanding our team! Kelly Faetanini is seeking a driven, confident sales executive to develop new business opportunities and cultivate growth within current accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing the face of the brand and increasing revenues.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Present, promote and sell Kelly Faetanini products, to new business prospects (outbound and inbound), and existing customers, both U.S and internationally.

  • Identify, pursue and develop new sales opportunities – initiate outbound outreach

  • Create detailed proposals, as part of a bid process

  • Negotiate terms and effectively close sales agreements

  • Achieve assigned sales targets

  • Negotiate and close “on-the-spot sales” at key trade events (e.g. Bridal Market in NYC)

  • Generate accurate sales quotes and handle customer inquiries

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Effectively communicate with customer service

  • Maintain customer service excellence- to delight customers and exceed their expectations

  • Track sales and selling activities in CRM

  • Represent the company at trade and networking events (e.g. Bridal Market in NYC)

  • Contribute ideas and report to management on: customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities)

  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends and share with the team

  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.

QUALIFICATONS

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience - either inside sales and outside sales of wholesale fashion merchandise or retail experience.

  • Bridal industry experience preferred, but not required.

  • Exceptional customer service and telephone skills, with ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Results-driven, motivated self-starter.

  • Ability to work independently, while also being a good team player.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record to independently manage own book of business.

  • Entrepreneurial.

  • Outgoing, dynamic personality.

  • Proven record of success in cold calling, qualifying leads, closing sales, achieving sales goals.

  • Metrics oriented and very organized.

  • Keen attention to accuracy, detail and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications.

  • Creative thinker and problem solver.

  • Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of CRM systems and social media selling.

  • Strong ability to develop meaningful customer relationships, with focus on customers’ needs. Customer facing resilience.

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

  • Quick learner, who strives for continuous improvement through feedback.

REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time position.

  • Work from Kelly Faetanini NYC office.

OR

  • Work remotely from home.

    • Experience working remotely/telecommuting.

    • Must have a home office, equipped with high speed DSL or cable modem Internet.

    • Environment must be noise and distraction-free.

    • Must occasionally travel to headquarters office in NYC.

    • Must be available to respond to customers on weekends and during international customers’ business hours.

Base salary, plus commission.
