NEW YORK LUXURY BRIDAL FASHION WEEK: SPRING 2026 RETAILER ROUNDUP

AS NEW YORK LUXURY BRIDAL FASHION WEEK CAME TO A CLOSE, WE ASKED RETAILERS TO TELL US THEIR FAVORITE COLLECTIONS, TRENDS THEY SAW AND WHAT NEW LOOKS THEY PLAN ON BUYING FOR THE UPCOMING SPRING 2026 SEASON. -RACHEL LEONARD

Melissa Russell and Natalie Bauer - Bella Bianca Bridal Couture

1) What collections were you most excited about at New York Luxury Bridal Fashion Week?

We felt that all of our designers put out solid collections this season. To call out one, we felt that Sareh Nouri really represented the current bride in her collection. By touching on all of the relevant silhouettes and fabrications within one season, it allows for a more successful trunk show circuit as there is something for everyone. We love that Sareh values retailer feedback and we can regularly count on our requests to find their way into the following season which leads to more sales for both sides.

2) What was your favorite presentation?

We loved the fresh new ways that designers were presenting their collections this season. Enaura had a stunning visual presentation that immersed us all in the vision of their evolving aesthetic. At Galia Lahav, we entered into their underground speakeasy and experienced a presentation unlike any other before it. Much like we have to keep things new and interesting for brides, we appreciate the effort that some designers put into giving their retailers a new experience rather than the status quo.

3) What trends did you sEE?

The return of Taffeta was apparent across many collections this season, which is a welcome change from crepe and satin. We were thrilled to see more lace options answer the call from brides for unbeaded traditional lace done in fresh new ways.

4) What new looks do you plan on buying?

We are so excited to be working with Katherine Tash after picking up her collection at market! Not only are the designs on point with what bride’s are looking for, but they have the added benefit of no tariffs as the gowns are fully made in California. Her collection achieves the understated glamour that our brides are seeking and the evolution of her style from season to season is exciting to see.

Mark Ingram-Mark Ingram Atelier

1) What collections were you most excited about at New York Luxury Bridal Fashion Week?

I felt two of my most prominently featured designers..Ines di Santo and Mira Zwillinger…were especially strong this season. Both really stepping up the design and breadth of their offerings. Dana Harel also never fails to disappoint. She is a true original, and her work is super chic and artistic. And of course, my own, Mark Ingram Collection…which I am proud to say, was very well received both by the press and my retailers.

2) What was your favorite presentation?

Mira Zwillinger had a gorgeous presentation in an all-white studio space. The gowns literally popped off the backdrop. Mira always shines with such elegance and refinement.

3) What trends did you see?

The Basque and dropped waist bodices continue to be strong. Ball gowns, fuller skirts & tulle are definitely trending, and they were opulent and over the top.  I even pushed the envelope with volume in my own collection which usually is more restrained.

4) What new looks do you plan on buying?

I will be buying more fuller skirts, gowns with overskirts, ballgowns and embellished dresses than ever before. I am also focusing on ‘haute couture’ looks that feel super special, different and ‘one of a kind’ as my bride is demanding ‘different’.

Giselle Dubois-Spina Bride

1) What collections were you most excited about at New York Luxury Bridal Fashion Week? What trends did you see?

It’s always exciting to see the fresh ideas and innovation from our designers and this season they truly elevated their work. We saw a lot of seamless waistlines that beautifully elongate the body, versatile two-piece designs and add-on accessories that offer more styling options for the big day. Drop waists continue to be a strong trend, interpreted in different ways across collections, from soft basque waists to more dramatic square drop waists.

2) What was your favorite presentation?

My favorite presentations were Lihi Hod, Liz Martinez, Francesca Miranda, Costarellos and Yellow by Sahar. Each collection felt fresh and distinct from previous seasons, with a clear evolution in design and vision.

3) What new looks do you plan on buying?

We are especially excited about the two-piece options offered by our designers. These looks are essential for building a wedding weekend wardrobe and give brides the flexibility to rewear pieces beyond their wedding day.

Marissa Rubinetti-Kleinfeld

1) What collections were you most excited about at New York Luxury Bridal Fashion Week?

The Kleinfeld team was most excited to see Love by Pnina Tornai, Nicole and Felicia, Arava Polak, and Victor and Rolf.

2) What was your favorite presentation?

Nicole and Felicia was fabulous, and forgive me for being partial, but I loved the Pnina Tornai Love event hosted at Kleinfeld.  It was the first opportunity for media and real brides-to-be to see the collection together.

3) What trends did you sEE?

We saw lots of dramatic ballgowns, basque and drop waists, corsets and corseted overskirts, exaggerated floral details, and some new neckline variations which I’m calling the “triple peak”. We also saw a lot of high-neck long sleeved lace looks.

4) What new looks do you plan on buying?

As always, we intend on capturing all the newest and latest trends in our assortment this year, especially the ones I notated above. But I’m most excited about expanding our collection of dramatic ball gowns, as well as introducing some really special gowns with intricate floral and beaded details.
