Sì, Espresso was formed in 2012 by Vincenzo Imparato out of his desire to bring the art of coffee from his native Italy to the U.S. after relocating with his family.
Vincenzo, a former professional athlete — WBU Super-Middleweight Boxing Champion of Italy —who served on the Italian National Olympic reserve team, now operates a full-service coffee company that offers coffee, commercial equipment and provides training in the art of coffee making.
Today, the Sì, Espresso team eats, sleeps, and literally breathes coffee each and every day — and they wouldn't change a thing. From the morning music of the moka pot releasing its steam, to the evening post-dinner espresso, it's a lovely tradition they proudly share.
Sì, Espresso Barista Bars serve Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Macchiato, Americano, their signature frozen Crema di Caffè, and European Hot Chocolate. Decaf espresso and non-dairy options are available as well. They bring everything on site — disposable cups, spoons, napkins, and more. Should guests wish to transport their coffee, to-go cups and lids are available as well.
Knowing no two events are alike, Sì, Espresso is always adding new ideas and treats to their menu, crafting specialties based on each client's preferences. With their roots firmly planted in Italy, bringing an authentic Italian café experience to every event is paramount. But the most important ingredient remains: coffee, imported directly from Italy, certamente!
