The company guarantees brides-to-be peace of mind through the activation of a strict action and hygiene protocol in its workshop, distribution chains, offices and stores around the world. This detailed protocol will also be shared with all the wholesale partners of the group to help them re-open their stores in the best conditions.

 

Throughout May and in line with the government guidelines, Pronovias group will reopen its stores in SpainItalyPolandPortugal and certain U.S. states. As leaders in the sector, Pronovias Group has created a reopening plan aimed well beyond its own stores. Given the considerable number of weddings that have been rescheduled to the second half of the year, the company wants to provide the necessary tools and support to its network of wholesalers, taking a leadership role in the sector in responding to COVID-19.

 

Wanting to demonstrate a responsible approach to brides-to-be, the company has drawn up a list of its 10 commitments which will be actively communicated through social media, brand websites and stores. This customer promise has the objective to ensure an unforgettable yet safe experience, including virtual preparation of the appointment, observation of the necessary safety distance and sterilization, after each fitting, of the dresses, and any other material the bride might come into contact with.

1.       We are committed to prioritizing the health and safety of our teams and brides above all else.

2.       We will be socially distant but emotionally connected throughout the entire visit.

3.       We provide our brides with hand sanitizer and protective equipment when entering our stores.

4.       We allow one guest per bride instore and many more digitally thanks to boosted Wi-Fi.

5.       We use gloves and masks during the entire appointment.

6.       We clean dresses, store surfaces and fitting rooms before and after every try-on.

7.       We disinfect thoroughly the entire store and back room every day.

8.       We have extended our opening hours, whenever possible, to limit the number of appointments at any given time.

9.     We ensure all staff has been trained and qualified to safely attend to our brides during the ‘new normal’.

10. We will be close to our brides more than ever to make all dress dream come true.

 

From manufacturing to delivering to brides, Pronovias group dresses will always undergo a series of hygiene measures involving the minimum human contact possible and be protected through sterilization processes and sealed clothing bags:

 

All Pronovias Group dresses are manufactured according to the highest quality and safety standards.

Once each product is made, a Quality Control expert performs the first sanitization process, using a high-temperature hand steamer.

Our expert team then checks again for any minor defects, touching the dress with clean gloves.

The dress is place on its hanger, performing a 15-20 second steam vaporizing treatment using temperatures from 110Cº to 160Cº, depending on the fabric.

After this second treatment, an automated process packs the dress in a sanitized sheath and a garment cover, ensuring no further human contact before sending to stores.

Each dress, pins, hanger and accessory undergoes a rigorous sanitation process after each try-on.

Your dress will also be sanitized after any alteration and kept in special covers.
